Accommodation

No. Only in the "Bernstein" flat and in "La Caravella" can you book individual rooms and therefore you can only meet other companies within a residential unit there.

Usually outside in the garden. In some flats you can also smoke in the kitchen. You can recognise the rule by the ashtrays provided or by reading the house rules.

No guest has complained so far. The mattresses are mostly H3. Some mattresses can be turned over and can therefore also be used as an H2 mattress.

Yes, you can book room cleaning as an intermediate cleaning service with us at any time and as often as you like. However, this service is subject to a charge. The final cleaning will only be charged once in the first invoice. After that, you can extend your stay as often as you like without incurring a new final cleaning charge.

Each accommodation offers parking facilities either on its own property or in directly connected public car parks.

Yes and no. Our corporate clients enjoy our complete flexibility: call today, move in today. A holiday stay is usually booked well in advance, which is why we can only welcome holiday guests to a limited extent.

No. You are welcome to use our kitchen facilities for breakfast. Restaurants and shopping facilities are not far from each accommodation.
